The despatch time for a product will be advised at time of order. Most items are delivered Monday to Friday,
9am-6pm
We aim to deliver within 7 working days but if items are out of stock please be advised that due to the bespoke nature of the materials we use, your order may take up to 90 days to fulfil.
All out of stock items are made to order. You will not be invoiced until we despatch your goods.
Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.
We cannot be held accountable for delays in customs clearance.
Note: we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and all delivery times are subject to goods being in stock and payment authorisation. Please allow for a longer delivery time during the Christmas and sale periods. We are unable to guarantee any delivery time frames.

If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address.
